I made a homemade pizza last night using a Pita (Lebanese Bread) as a base. I used tomato sauce mixed with some Tabasco sauce and put grated mozzarella cheese on that then a variety of toppings (fresh mushrooms, capsicum, onions etc) and on some chilli flakes. Chomping into the warmed up leftover now.

Burger. well two toasted slices of buergen wholemeal and seeds, with sliced tomato, beetroot, grilled onion, a grilled veal schnitzel steak, and tomato and barbeque sauce. Tastes so good.

I prefer beef to veal, also eating veal makes me feel guilty.

chicken tikka and chicken masala are 2 different dishes aren't they ?

Chicken Tikka is the dry roasted (or fried), tandoori chicken style dish where the chicken is marinated and then cooked. Tikka Masala is the same dish prepared as a wet curry

spicy is good

f**k the milk, grab a bottle of red pussy

Indian food is mainly beer territory mang...hot food destroys good red wine, means you taste nothing but the tannins and the acid. Thai/SE Asian food goes with some whites like riesling, and some chinese dishes can go well with a pinot or a softer red but on the whole you won't catch me drinking red with spicy food. And even if it's something mild like a korma I won't go heavier than GSM or a very soft shiraz because then the wine kills any complexity in the spicing of the dish.

Get a nice pale ale and you can't go wrong though :D

Well they are so named because they were the only beers that would ship to the colony without spoiling, due to the strength and the hopping.

Actually, stouts and porters and other big ales would handle it but who the everloving christ wants to drink those in India? But you are correct, they also double as brilliant beers with Indian food...
