Cook the vegetables and noodles separately from the chicken and then marry them up with Teriyaki sauce.



Cost of ingredients a bit over $23 at Woolies but you can feed min 2.

Some extra rice and I think you could make 4 meals out it pretty easily.

Time about 30-40 mins.

Im in starvation mode.

I’m taking the heads out of the freezer tomorrow about lunchtime to start defrosting for Vegas.

I don’t won’t to waste a good fried nostril because I ate too much earlier.

Wont do in my polite society of Mt Druitt. Frowned on by my mates.

Everyone is very conscious of the dangers of rising food and vegetable landfill out here.

What is going on with the dirty bird of late ?
Went to get some for a hang over lunch today from local St Peters KFC, 3 piece feed, got two breast pieces and a rib piece with lots of white meat on it, not a scabby wing or leg in sight, swapped my bun out for coleslaw but still got the bun besides the coleslaw. Bloody enjoyable.
