You use the Wii remote to aim at the screen & shoot, & the other control with the little stick thingy to walk around.

Awesome game, the best on Wii IMO. Made me jump a couple of times too. I find it spookier than the other Res Evil because you don't have to put up with stupid angles & feel more 'in' the game.
