Love my PUNK------what a great history VAPID has!!! It's put me onto a few other bands who Dan has been associated with such as SCREECHING WEASEL!! TOP STUFF!!

I met him in 2012. Was a night I'll never forget. Travelled to the US to see Screeching Weasel in Atlanta and a week later Dan Vapid and the Cheats in Green Bay. Vapid couldn't believe it. 'twas some shitty little gig with 15 people there. He put me on the bar tab, took me out to dinner, dedicated a song to me, gave me some t-shirts and records, then we partied till 3am (I had a 5am flight out of there!)

Screeching Weasel were awesome too - got to shake Ben Weasel's hand during the show as the travelled furthest to get there thing....

Finally found their heavy again. A really good effort.

My daughter sings along to his new kids album every afternoon after school. If you have kids grab it. It's like Wiggles to punk.

Devin Townsend Project - Transcendence

Devy strikes again. Great album... really love Truth, Stormbending, Higher, Offer Your Light, From The Heart, Transdermal Celebration... actually the whole album is just excellent. It's not his most experimental work, which will disappoint some, but for what it is - it's sublime.

Not a cd but Henry Wagons singing Hollywood 7 live last night as a tribute to Jon English at the Rockwiz Christmas show at the Enmore theatre was fantastic, touching and moving, just a beautiful tribute.

Heard a few good things about it, will have to give it a listen. Loved korn back in the day but they lost me after their 4th or 5th album. Jonathon needs to get back on the drugs, their crapness seemed to arrive when he got sober.

Can't get in to it. Those tricked up vocals does nothing for me.
