Personally, I think I'm going to enjoy the Friday 6pm game although I do think it is not great for the game overall...

I can see myself knocking off at 4pm on Fridays - home, changed and down the local watering hole well before the double header kick off time of 6pm...

Monday night was awesome for someone like me, in a rural area with no way of ever getting to a game. But i understand that it was shithouse for fans to get to the ground so getting rid of it was fair enough. But to replace it with a time slot that is even harder to attend makes no sense at all.

i was one of the few who seemed to like monday night footy, however 6pm sunday is a great time for a game imo. i seriously cant believe there isnt a game then.

Just not if it means I'm having to take my kids out to the game.
It turns into a pretty late night for them.
