Tallis has now come out and said Dogs are a myth and they have gone soft. Sherwin was bagged too so they will be fired up deluxe tomorrow. Fitzy earlier said we dont fear them as well.

Why can't anyone get our boys fired up by bagging them. Why is it only the dogs?

I agree FP to much paper talk on how the dogs aren't he same team, people have to remember when we beat them last time they were without Mason and O'Meley this is not to say we can't beat them again but I am nervous and concerned about this game, though if we do win I do think we can beat the storm anywhere because we will be game hard they quite possibly be a little bit switched due to break and 2 easy wins before that, here's hopin.

May I speak from my 33 years experience as an eels supporter?

I am sure many other Eels Supporters who have followed the side for the last 10 years will know that our side has a habit of stabbing us through the heart. Year after f**cken year.

From being 10 minutes away from a GF with a 16 point lead in 98, Getting beaten by Melbourne in 99 when we looked in control and lead at half time, 2001 when we were near unbeatable, 2005 when some other Eels team decided to turn up to the GF qualifier etc etc.

As a long time supporter I have learnt to get used to the heartbreak. I am always ready for it. It can come at any time.

So be warned you youngsters out there about getting too cocky or confident. Being an Eels supporter is a tough gig.

One day they will make amends for all the tears. One day. But until that day, I will always be bracing myself for that moment when the side finish the season in the most heartbreaking way possible. Be warned.

Lets all pray that I'm wrong !!
