One of my good mates who has similar sensibilities to me regarding terrible cheesy comedies (we generally love them hah) had this to say regarding his viewing experience of Happy Gilmore 2 :

"this is stupid lol"
"um it was shit"

So whenever I end up sitting down to watch it, I'll keep my expectations very low hah!

Superman. 8.

Generally I'm not a fan of Superman stuff. The whole invincible crap and contriving ways to get kryptonite involved bugs me, but I thought this was really good and liked making him vulnerable.

Also liked the way his character was.

Good to see a comic book movie go back to story and character as well. Characters in particular were good and the casting excellent.

I did think there'd be more humour in it considering Gunn was involved, or maybe I just missed it.

Nosferatu

Loved the first half hour, creepy and atmospheric. After that found it dull, drawn out. Plenty of blood and gore but not sure Id call it a horror. Bit of a let down for me.

Youll Never Find Me

Low budget Aussie thriller. Girl knocks on a guys caravan late at night during a storm seeking shelter. Eerie tense thriller which was a slow burn but kept me interested. I had to look up what exactly happened at the end, might be obvious for some but I need it spelled out for me, and made me appreciate it more.

F1 - technically pretty good but felt like a big advertisement for Formula 1. It all felt a bit forced, including the implausible story line..
