I might be a bit biased but if you've got a Better Centre than Jamie Lyon for Australia the GB had best give you the Tri Nations now ?
Lyon will win our MAN OF STEEL this year he has been superb
The only down side for St Helens is we only have him for one more year then he's expected to return to a club in the NRL

It is the ESL for goodness sake! Hell Willie Peters looks good playing in the ESL! Gasnier, Cooper, Berrigan, Tate, Tonga will ALL be picked ahead of Lyon!

No player will be picked from the ESL to play for Australia except in case of emergency. Even if what you say is true (and I seriously doubt it), why should Lyon get picked ahead of any of the centres that have remained loyal to the NRL.

It wouldn't be a crime if Lyon never pulled on a rep jumper ever again. There is a wealth of centres in Australia and most of them are currently in a class above Lyon.
