Ok Jets and Rooster fans. What position will the Jets finish the 2006 season comp in ????

Given that we are still to play an in form Saints side and a Parra side that have the best attack and defence on paper in the comp. Given all the injury woes and suspension problems. Have a guess !!??!!

Or just have a wishful thinking vote for a bit of fun !!!! ;-)

Well I voted for second, but hope I am wrong in a good way. But with the injuries and suspensions and in form Parra, Saints and Tigers. It is still anyones minor premiership.......:?: :?: Or is it ???

There's not much difference between second and first in this finals structure. I'd like to be in the top two. Fingers crossed.

Second looks good given our for and against, however I never say never and first is a definite possibility given our big games against the eels and dragons are at home.

There are several sides currently in the TOP eight who are yet to have their second BYE. Manly have theirs this weekend I think. This factor will have to be taken under consideration as well.

Top 4 is good as far the extra bite of the cherry in the semi's goes, however teams that make the TOP eight in the NRL will have a bearing on the qualitiy of players available for the premier League side in week one of the semi's as well, as obviously players will be dropped down who have been playing NRL if the clubs side don't make the NRL top eight.

I think that we'll come second. Although it'll be nice to come first and add the minor premiership to the trophy cabinet!
The Parra game is going to HUUUGGGGEEEE!!!

All hands on deck for that one HPH...We should get a group together and get really loud mate for sure. Like we did at the semi's. Might even need some of those Royal Blue streamers and your throwing arm cobber !!!!

Parra have been decimated with injuries to the forwards and look very light on .. Saints should beat them this week. Parra will fall to 3rd by the end of the season.

I think the minor premiers come down to the last round match between Newtown and the Saints. Newtown have a win in hand and have a slight points advantage at the moment. Newtown have great home ground advantage and play both Parra and Saints at home.

we finished 1 game short of the GF defeated by the Premiers Parra.

The one thing this side is good at as they don't give in and keep playing til the end.

Where did the Jet's finish last year? (excuse my ignorance)

And can we (being a Roosters man) win it?

Depending on who is available in the line up come semi time, yes we can win it, and shall !!!!!;-)
