What program do you use to rip your music off itunes?

I've had a dickens of a time this afternoon finding that one that:

- is free
- does not offer any stupid limitations (i.e. can only do 100 then you need to pay for it)
- doesn't look dodgy
- is not overly complicated

I used one ~12 months ago that was really good, only problem was that i've formatted a few times since that and can't remember the name

Any assistance would be appreciated

Are you talking about ripping music from an ipod/iphone or retrieving your music back from itunes in the original format?

Taking it off the iPhone/iTunes and making a copy of the music/contacts on my memory stick. Main reason is to have a backup of it should my computer pack it in one day
