1 Only if you have some of that countrys blood in yea or have parents or grand parents from that nation, theres no way to prove that, all we can ask for his player/s to handle the honesty box with care

2 They can play for whoever they want to, even though the people from there country can't prove that they have the best country in the world to play f7s

since its an internet comp and there is no way to prove or disprove blood lines and also in the spirit of the game, i think you should be able to play for whom ever you wish... if that means a hand picked team by myself can line up for Pakistan then so be it :lol:

since making a post in this thread ive been flooded with PM's asking to be chosen for the Pakistan team... for the record i have no desire in forming a Pakistan team however i would whole heartedly endorse any team of Paki nature.
