What team would you like to see back in the NRL?

Love to North Sydney Bears come back to represent that huge area North of the bridge that currently ins't represented.

I live in that area and we're well represented by the Waratahs, Sydney FC and the Swans.

Having lived here for 7 years I can honestly say that very few people here give a flying f**k about the lack of a team called Norths. A few follow Manly, but Rugby League isn't much followed around these parts. Whenever I wear my Roosters colours, I get very few comments other than "oh, you follow that sport".

I would welcome the Bears back as the Central Coast Bears as its a far better fit than on the North Shore. But the representation area starts a long way North of the bridge for that area. Hornsby / Asquith is where their area starts.


My vote would go for the South Queensland Crushers as Brisbane needs a second team more than Sydney needs a 10th.

My next vote would go to the Western Reds

My third vote would go to the Central Coast.

Then I could finally make the decision to move to the McLaren Vale and get serious with my aim to become a fully fledged alcoholic. I may have to divorce my wife as she wouldn't want to leave Sydney, but if it's for Rugby League I suppose I'd have to do it.

This is why I despise much of what you stand for. You claim to be neutral but deep down you want a host of clubs cut and dots on a map to replace.
