New territory for me - first Valentines for me with a girlfriend.

Dinner and a small present should suffice I think.

get them delivered to her at work if u can, most girls would love that.

I've had a bad run with valentines days, should be interesting this year, the guy I am seeing is pretty slack so I doubt anything will happen

I'm the same Fee, dont think I have ever been with anyone on Valentines Day, and if I was, then it certainly wasn't memorable :(

the first boyfriend i ever had on valentines day was a complete twat, he 'didn't believe it the over commercialisation of valentines day' and 'we shouldn't need a special day to express our feelings, we should do it anyday' thing is he didn't do it anytime. he also managed to forget christmas twice and my 18th birthday

so yeah, he gets twonk status

I'm a little the sme tbh, but in saying that I do still buy presents and whatnot. I'm not totally against it, but I definitely agree that you shouldnt wait for one day a year to express your feelings

oh yeah i agreed with him but its just that he didn't do anything ever and it was just like  especially when he'd tell me he had these great ideas for things for us to do then he just couldn't be bothered. and it hurt all the more when he didn't do anything for me (i didn't want anything, i'm not coming from that point of view, but i was his girlfirend of six months that he had known for two years and he'd just declared his love for me so it was just a bit, what the) anyway, then on other peoples birthdays, he'd come to me with this fab ideas and ask me to help him

ANYHOO that was a long time ago

la la la, am i allowed to post in here cause of BB stuff, i just remembered we were supposed to be confined

you know what I cant stand? People proposing on Valentines Day, no originality whatsoever imo. My Dad did it to my stepmum, at Mt Coot-tha Lookout, and I gave him hell cos I thought it was incredibly tacky and over-done. and sure enough, whn I asked him about it alter, there had been numerous other men proposing to their girlfriends as well
