You have to find a picture you like firstly, and it has to be pretty small

its called an avatar and you can put one in using your UserCP drop down menu at the top left hand corner

if you find a picture that is less than 80 pixels by 80 pixles, or copy one from some one else, I can put it there for you

but give me a few hours, I'm off to indoor crickcet right now
