Mundine has fought pensioners...he has had the easiest ride of all time, bar 1-2 fights.

Why has his ride been so easy, Moffo, oh wise and knowledgeable one? Is it really so easy to become a boxing world champion? If so, then why hasn't God's gift to boxing Danny Green become one yet? Hell, why haven't you, Moffo? You could beat up pensioners, couldn't you?

Mundine is a sublimely talented athlete who has done all that was required of him to become a world champion. He's getting better and better as his career continues. At this rate of improvement (World Champ after 19 fights) surely Mundine is capable of anything.

He'll beat Manny Siaca, the Puerto Rican mandatory challenger.
Green is a world champion, he won an interim belt when he stopped eric lucas. IMO green and Mundine are both overhyped boxers, they both got plastic belts and they both fight in the weakest division, if they were fighting in the middleweight division they'd have next to no chance of winning a title.

Remember Mundine doesnt 'really' have a world title. Well not like Jeff Fenech or Kostya Zu (sp).

They changed the titles in boxing to make more money of 'world title' fights. A World Title in the modern day is effectively the Number 1 contender. The REAL world champion is now called a Super World Champion.

So how someone can be so happy and call themselves a world champion when there is another man (Ottke in Mundines case) that has beaten them and is ranked higher is beyond me.

Im pretty sure it is the same in Greens case but im not sure.

Good luck to Mundine in achieving the REAL world title and i also hope to see him back in League because he does entertain wether you like him or not. He puts bums on seats.

Hopefully he stays away from League. He only ever caused controversy. He certainly had some talent but he ruined any of that with his mouth. It's the same in boxing. I was stoked when he beat Echols, I would never back anyone over an Aussie, but let's see him fight Danny Green now. If he beats him then I'll tip my lid.

. . . . . . then he can go play croquet.

World champ? Oh save me the humour...

I never said that i could be a boxing world champ, so i don't know where you are coming from

Why does he have so many pensioner fights between his good ones then? For mine, Echols was underprepared and when he fought Ottke, he went down

Let us see him defend the belt against a quality opponent. I dont doubt his talent, but he is not in the world champ class....

Yes he will.

You need to lay off the drugs mate. No NRL club is going to sign someone to play first grade who is 44 years of age and has not played in the NRL since mid-way thru the 2000 season. Playing in Souths Juniors for the Matraville Tigers is not "professional" rugby league.

I would've liked to have seen him turn out for the Dragons in the 9's like Fittler did a few years ago.

Please don’t accuse me of being a drug addict. He may make a comeback for free.
