From all reports, the NRL didn't charge him a ridiculous licence fee when he bought the club, one that no other club was forced to pay. Or stuffed him around with insurance for an injured player.

To say the FFA was staffed by monkeys would be an insult to the monkeys.

What, Tinkler didn't ring up the other owners and ask them what they had paid? He just accepted what the FFA wanted and didn't negotiate? What a load of BS. He's just using that now as an excuse to get out.

His disdainful treatment of the Culinas Sr and Jr should've rung warning bells for the FFA.

Haha. Only a matter a time he does the same thing to the Knought$.

And to those bogan Knought$ fans thinking that their agreement with him is iron clad, if he's able to get out of Jets, he'll be able to get out of your club.

It's been a butt hurt weekend for him. Merge getting dusted in the derby, Man U needing massive help from the refs as usual. Take it easy on him.
That's drawing a long bow.

Man Utd 8 points clear... it's obvious how butthurt you are about it.

The fact that Bayern didn't win it last year and probably won't win it this year and that in the last 6 or 7 years a different winner besides FCB has win it every other year

You are a real dense merkin

It's not just Man U winning it 4 years running that makes it predictable; it's that fact that the same old teams are looking like making UCL again. Spurs are fading and will be replaced by Chelsea meaning that for the 10th year running, Man U, Arsenal, and Chelsea will play in the UCL. How boring.

In Spain, Levante and Malaga are a big chance of making the top 4. Neither has played UCL before. In Germany, Gladbach, a team that came within a bee's dick of relegation last season, look to have a top 4 spot sewn up. In the EPL, that'd be like Wolves making the top 4 this season:crazy:.

Newcastle has a legit chance at top 4. They weren't in the premier league a couple of years ago.

Anyone care to translate to English?

Excuse me kind sir, please return to your dwelling and gather your shinebox, so you can shine my shoes you scoundrel.

May I also state, that it is my belief that you could indeed be suffering from a claret coloured leakage from your *ahem* lady parts.

You're more confident than I and most other Chelsea fans. Personally don't think we've got a hope in hell.

Tinkler's lucky it was only $5 million. Canberra have been told $6 million is the figure. Then they let Western Sydney in for $0.

Skeepe you're confusing the minimum capital requirement with the acquisition fee. Every owner/consortium has to show it has $6m in reserve funds so that the club won't go tits up a month into the season (Canberra only had $4m, correct?). This is different to the acquisition fee given to the FFA to obtain the actual licence.

West Sydney didn't have to pay an acquisition fee to the FFA because it's owned by the FFA itself. And part of their working capital requirement came from that Government funding.
