oh you have got to be kidding me Inky. Yes i am aware that there are season ticket holders that buy tickets...as you said Every Year. The whole point is that these sales were achieved this year, and there are only 2 sydney teams that are really in contention at the moment. One of them sides being the Bulldogs. I can see why plenty of parra supporters would be purchasing tickets, but you must recognize that the majority of tickets sold today went to bulldogs fans. The most supported club in Australia, in form...of course we were going to line up for tickets mate.
As i said, last year there were more than 2 sydney clubs in contention (Eels, Dragons, Tigers, Manly, heck even Bulldogs were looking OK until round 23). I am saying sydney clubs, as the grand final is situated in sydney, so of course they are going to outnumber the opposition if they play an interstate team. The fact is that this year has sold way more tickets than last year, and bulldogs are one of the main teams in contention.
