Hey Guys,
I'm a St George fan and I was just wondering what your opinion is of the possible move to move the round 1 match between Parramatta and St George from Parramatta Stadium

P.S Good luck for round 1 by the way and let the best team win.

Personally I think it should stay at Parramatta Stadium for 2 reasons:

1) The atmosphere when full is incredible
2) People will go to the Leagues club before and after the game for a drink and a meal and you've got to remember that Leagues club grants are important source of revenue for Rugby League clubs

I would prefer to play at parra stadium. If we move for this game then how many other games will they try & move throughout the year

i always want the home game played at our home but it makes sence money wise to move it to ANZ.
But i voted Parramatta Stadium because that is our home ground, if we sellout every home game this year then we should consider a move to ANZ, but i can't see that happening.

Parramatta should move the game to ANZ because Parramatta should not want to be seen as a selfish team like the Dragons. If we can get over 30,000 at ANZ then it will be worth it. Parramatta sold out last year when we were going crap, of couse it will get more than 20,000!
I would however like to see the Bulldogs game at Parramatta, considering we already play the Bulldogs at ANZ. It means one game will be at a half-full ANZ, while the other will be at a packed Parramatta Stadium.

The way I see it is, what's the point on getting sponsors on board at yours or anyone club if management opt to move the games? Sponsors fork out mega bucks on the promise of maximized exposure of their product via signage, product placement etc. And naturally at big drawing games it's going to get maximum exposure isn't it. What's the point too for clubs, take saints for example, to fork out millions on grandstand revamps and corporate facilities to provide a solid return in a companies investment when they'll move the game at the first inkling of being too many people wanting to come.

As a fan I say give me parra stadium any day, but when looking at what's best for the club I say go ANZ. At the end of the day does it matter? At this point in time I just want the season to start and watch some great Footy.

Yeh, f**k the fans. Let's just look after the corporates.
Can't have too many fans coming to games, can we?
