Canberra won't need to aim their attack anywhere in particular. They just need to run the ball and the holes will magically appear before them

According to the NRL's site, Goldy missed just two tackles last week. Isemonger was the worst offender with 7.

When you were dishing out this load of krap, why didn't you include the tackles made -- and why you were doing such an amazing analysis why did you not then include a figure that showed how many directly led to tries -- and then of course a true statistical genius like yourself would have analysed those that were a result of inside defence also dropping off.

Been There,

Very hateful post!

I didn't declare that I was a statistical genius just a weekly purchaser of Big League Magazine.

So do you think it's ok to make for example 20 tackles in the Souths game and miss 8 ??????

If he's made a lot of tackles couldn't it indicate that the opposition are targetting him because they think he has a poor technique???

Who cares how many led directly to tries, miss tackles also indirectly lead to tries & also give up valuable metres, increase the work load of fellow players and give opposition momentum in attack.

Sounds familiar from what you've seen lately?????????

Apparently that website is ridiculously unreliable for stats.

And you base that insightful statement on ????

Actually I base it on what blacktip reefy has told me. He pointed it out to me and as far as I can tell, he is right. Lot's of errors or total misses.

I will tell you now that the NRL web site is a work in progress & the stats section is not correctly updated or written.
Try & find some a stat link that works properly other than the game stats links for starters.

& where did I hear it? From the guys who the stats, that supply the web site.
(BTW , they don't like me at all)

& beenthere is a bit overwhelming in his support for a player who at this stage, is not setting the world on fire.
Whats wrong with everybody on this forum????
Is everyone obsessed with one player??

Never catch me being obsessed.

I would realy like to see the Radiers aim there attack at Jason Williams.Fireworks!!!! As for Goldie Id have him any day over Opes's son, any of his sons! This season is way competative and our team with a new coach is paying the price . We are not co ordinated in attack and we have to do way to much in defence. I think our tackling has been pretty good actually , and gets better every week . Our attack , especialy in the opponents 20metre zone , lacks the cleverness to score. Another concern is the goal kicking , as we improve we will need the goals to win the tight games. This cant be done with Noddy.

I wonder if Morrison running past Goldy without him laying a hand on him was counted as a missed tackle.

Galloway missed 6 tackles as well.
