Umm... no we didn't Crush. For every try he got, he let in a shitload more. Simple maths really.
No he did not, total bs.
He scored around 14 tries and let in 3 that you could argue he should have stopped.

Quit targeting a young player in his first year who won us 3 games that. no one else could, scored 14 tries,
and let in 3

Nighty, lafai, aitken, Widdop, hunt, and others let in far more and scored sweet f##k all.

Scored sweet f**k all?

You do realise those particular players scored 1 in every 3 tries by the Dragons in 2018?

I'll answer the question with a twist. Mary to reverse what has gone on in previous years.
We will win 4 out of our first 11. Mary not extended, supporters chanting get rid of Norman then we fly home and win 11 out of our next 13 to finish 6th.
We will win first 2 semis and get beat in the GF qualifier by the........
New coach to be announced after the GF

Speaking out of your arse again. How unusual for you. Defensively, all the players you named were far superior to Dufty. Widdop was the 3rd top NRL point scorer in 2018. Dufty leaked 3 tries alone against the Dogs when they slaughtered us 38-0 in round 24. Dufty doesn't even feature in the top 13 try scorers in 2018 if you bothered to look.

Compared to Duffy’s numbers, they scored sweet very little. Why target a player who scored plenty, won us matches and is still learning. Those group of players scoring a combined 1 in 3 tries vs duftys numbers shows the value of Dufty.

People targeting dufty need to own up to knowing very little. Very strange to single out dufty. Weird.

Because for all the good Dufty did do, it was the things he did not do that got up the nose of the fans.

All of the leaks down the right with Aitken making Nightingale look like a novice in defence, Dufty was nowhere to be seen as the last line of defence.

Like Field, Dufty is a good attacking player but that is only one element of what is required to be a good NRL fullback. Maybe with time he will get there but right now we are talking about 2019. I am comparing Dufty with Widdop as the possible fullback and I'm afraid Widdop wins hands down.

The way forward is for Dufty to realise his short-comings and understand he must address them before any thought of being a fulltime first grade fullback. I'm tipping Widdop to fullback and Norman to five-eighth with Difty to ISP.

Mate I agree Widdop obviously is a better option, he would want to be, he is an international and has years experience on Dufty. I am happy for Widdop to go to FB, as he isn’t a good enough 5/8 in my opinion, and getting him to a position that might suit him more will be a welcome relief for me, away from controlling the game, which he has shown many times he hasn’t the skills to do.

However, putting the knife in Duftys back as a few do on here when the kid is still learning while also doing some brilliant things is not the way to go. Dufty will be in the 17 man squad, betchya.

I would love to have the confidence and tip we make top 4 but with Mary still at the helm I think we will finish in 8th or 9th.
