Just looking at the ladder and a win today will take us from 8th to 5th with a 30+ point F/A advantage over Melbourne in 6th.

I think the Sharks helped the Storm last night. Storm needed a good result v their feeder club....:sarcasm:

Missing the eight suddenly looks all that more possible

We need 2/3, simple. I don't think 28 will do it. The Titans should be a given if we're anywhere near finals quality. Chooks at home or Panthers away are both tough but possible. Not out of it yet, but we need a big effort in one of those two games. Our for and against should mean that we're safely in the finals with 30 points.

Well we 'should have' walked over Cronulla and Newcastle on potential, I wouldn't take anything for granted even with the Titans

Mentally we mite not get there, if it comes down to us having to win the last game against the Panthers to scrap into the 8 then we are through

I really hope we just win the next 2 games and the Panthers one only matters for positioning. Going to be a cold miserable night out at Penrith again if they lose it in the last round.

We're not done yet. Johnson was a little rusty but better for the run. Sure we didn't play that well and we can't blame the refs, BUT, there were some questionable calls going in the Knights favour. Roosters and Titans will be tough but we've got more to play for then the other two teams we face and at Mt Smart and a large crowd we can do it. After being 14 points down, previous Warrior teams would've folded and lost by 20.

For those that bet, I'm sure this is the first time we've been favourites and lost since Cappy took over?

I believe that is correct - we moved into slight favouritism against the Broncos before Johnson pulled out, so were underdogs by kick off. This was basically the point I was making for the last few games - we have actually managed to get the "should win" games so far. This would be the first we dropped. The Knights played bloody well though, and we probably played better than the Sharks game as well. We will be favourites the next 2 weeks, so hopefully back to the winning ways...

We were, but the odds are dead even now...get the feeling we might end up being underdogs in that. I'd feel more comfortable then to be honest.

Thanks to Penrith tonight though.

The Cowboys couldn't handle the cold, miserable weather.
