Every freakin' name has been used somewhere before. It is impossible to come up with a truely unique name. If we go down that path we really will end up scrambling some letters together only to find that an obscure RPG has come up with that name too.

It would be a pretty boring and uninspired choice, although a good thing about the name Pirates would be that at least the cheerleaders would have plenty of booty ;-)
