He was an absolute beast in the NSW cup for us in 2007 (or 2006). He's one of those guys who's a cut above lower graders but below a first grader. I like to think of them as Super League footballers.

Dragons backrow of Costigan, Jeremy Smith & Creagh - a lot of aggression, hard running and big hits in that backrow. Costigan especially to have a big year.

Matt Bowen should have a big year too after a year of injury. Cowboys have bought well and he will be reaping the benefits I reckon.

Shannon Walker from Titans if he gets a chance and plenty of experience.
