Which team "milks" the most penalties ?

he got two last week against the sharks, for holding players down while in possession. definetley good at milkimg the odd penalties

The dragons for sure. You people automatically all say the roosters, when really they aren't that bad. It's just your hate for them. Believe me they aren't as bad as you think, and why would they when they are coached by ricky to get up and play the ball and not be a coward about it.

Patten , Utai & El Masri are obviously under instruction to thrash around as soon as they are tackled in their own half in the hope of conning referees into awarding penalties for holding down. It's very irritating to watch . The most famous attempt to milk a penalty (which backfired) was in the 1989 grand final when a Balmain player in possession tried to involve an offside Canberra player (who raised his arms). The Balmain player was penalised for using the Canberra player as a shepherd .

Craig Gower, Terry Hill and Matt Utai are past masters of miliking penalties. as mentioned Corey Hughes is pretty good too.
