A little fun this week to take our mind off the last match...

I'm leaving for England (via NZ and Japan) in a few days, and will probably end up living and working for a few years in the north of England (league territory). I'll still be an Eels fan, mad for any coverage I can get over there, but also feel I should adopt a UK league team to support on a local level.

It'll most likely just be the team closest to wherever I end up living, but in the meantime please click on the team you'd suggest, and post up any reasons why - from a Parra fan point of view of course!

as a parra fan, i'd say you should support the team that's most likely to win

I believe that Leeds are blue and gold.

No other colours matter really.

Leeds are Blue and Gold but I think Warrington have similar colours as well

I was up there atching the tests last year and Leeds looked like a good place to live.

I would say support the team that is local to where you live and go to as many games as possible. Remember there is also 2nd and 3rd division teams to support as well

Leeds.

They're Blue and Gold, they are sponsored by Asics and they have a smiliar fanbase to the Eels.

Plus they have Keith Senior. He needs to play out here ASAP.

Thanks for the tips so far...

If I end up in Leeds or Warrington, at least my blue and gold gear will be recognisable!

Heaps of smaller towns up there seem to have teams in the lower divisions too.. who knows, at age 31 I might be able to get a start this time next year?

:) @ DoW. I was going to put Halifax on the list, but only just realised they got relegated!
