Who do you think...

We need to beat to make the 8?

I'm still not confident we'll make (i'm a wests supporter) but if we beat the Sharks, Cowboys and Bulldogs, we should make it.

When looking at the draw I think we are more than likely going to lose to the cowboys, they are our biggest voodoo side.

We'll beat the Dogs, we always lift when we play them and seeing as how they are ravaged with injuries at the moment, it may make our task against them easier.

The Sharks match is a toughie, mainly because the Sharks are playing sh*t at the moment, but you never know when they are going to pull their finger out and play a blinder.

If we beat them we'll make it because we'll also beat Penrith and NQ.

The Sharks are certs, piece a piss.... the raiders im not so sure, confident we can knock off Cowboys at Cambo, Dogs are gunna be bloody hard as are Storm, Penrith a soft run into the semis.

PS loved your Skando article.

3 wins from the last 6 games will see the Tigers finish on 30 points which should be enough to make the 8.

Run home:

Cronulla (A)
Canberra (A)
North Queensland (H)
Bulldogs (H)
Melbourne (A)
Penrith (H)

This scares me a little, the equation last year was one win from 4 games wasn't it?

Thanks for the kind words.

I think the only real Top 4 challenge will be the storm if we can beat them at Olympic Park we should make the 8 easily.

One from 3 actually.

But the Tigers aren't the same team as last year, and they're playing much better football.

Still I agree, I can't shake the memories of last year, or 2000 for that matter.

I think that's the key point and why I'm positive we will make the 8 this year and push for a top 4 spot. The way the Tigers are playing this year remind me of Penrith's premiership winning side as in we can score points from all over the park and all we need to do is tweak our defense.

Top 8 spot is ours and we will threaten for a top 4 spot.

Can't complain about the results this weekend so far. A win tomorrow is VERY important now because we leapfrog the Storm with a win. And Cowboys v Manly helps us either way.....

And we SHOULD life against the Damned Cowboys seeing as though THEY cost us a Final 8 berth last season along with Newcastle in the lst round. Grrrrrrh. I'm glad to see them (The Knights) at the bottom where they belong after beating us at EA last year in the last game.

We will have the last laugh for a lot longer too with our team now and how they're going and can only be strengthened by their 2006 recruitment. Its a shame to see Pat Richard go. What other good stars do we lose next year? Is Brett Hodgson with us for another season? He's been playing well - I think the youthful enthusiasm has rubbed off on the old man.
