Who gets out of each pool and in which order?

Can anyone tell me the positions of who will play in Darwin? E.g. 3rd pool a v 2nd pool b or whatever it is?

It will depend on where Australia finish. If they finish top two in Group A they will be playing in Darwin.

If they come top they are playing 3rd from Group B.

If they finish second they play winner from Group C.

So aust v 3rd in pool b in Darwin. Who plays who and where for the other 3 quarters. Semis will be the big 3 plus one. Who gets the fourth quarter for the easy run?
