There were two factors in why the murder was never solved - #1, the only witness prepared to co-operate with the LVPD was murdered no more than a few months later. #2 The person who pulled the trigger has also now been murdered.
Remember, the scene took place on the Los Vegas Strip. Thats the most populated street in the United States!!! More people saw 2Pac get killed than the last episode of Seinfeild (Chris Rock). Surely they would have been stopped when speeding off.

This argument has always been ridiculous because it ignores the timelines and makes it seem as if Suge told Pac to take his vest off not long before he was shot, when in fact it was a number of hours before that occurred. was involved in this murder. I wont argue there.
How did he get away with it?It is well known that Suge had off-duty cops working as part-time bodyguards to him and other Tha Row artists. He also had connections inside the Force itself, and Government officials turned a blind eye, just like they did in the Bay Of Pigs. They did not want potential warfare spawning from rap, and thus had to solve the situation. Therefore they all had a popular cause, and everybody wins...

Look at the murders of Big L and Jam Master Jay aswell. No one charged...look at John Lenon...killer found. Allwere famous musicians in their own right...yet you can see the inconsistancies....same goes with Martin Luthar King jr. The government was in on it....SUge was the mastermind.
I believe that John Lennons killer was apprehended at the scene? (I could be wrong but I think so)
In all the Rap cases, the killers fled the scene.
