Who is Parras Quickest?

Grothe > daylight > others

Hayne only has average pace.
Tahu was quicker in Newcastle than he ever was at Parra, I'm sure he operations on his calf muscles or something while at Newcastle and lost some pace. He is still quick over the 1st 10-20m but then comes right back to the pack.
Burt is similar to Tahu, quick acceleration but not so fast over 100m.
Reddy wouldn't even enter the conversation.
Inu  never.

Grothe and Burt seem to be opposites of each other

Grothe takes a while to get going but once he does no one can catch him
Burt is lighting quick over the first 40 metres but does come back

No surprise they were 1 and 2 as mentioned, but Burt's first 40 will put him out of reach of a lot of players over the full 100.

Hayne has never impressed me with his speed even the intercept in the Origin he was against an injured Slater.

The other thing with Burt is that he is our quickest in game player

What I mean is look at things like the Souths game where he chased 2 kicks one he got the side a dropout the other he scored a try.

While he may not be the quickest in a organised race, he always seems to be able to catch players who are taking it easy getting a ball from a kick or loose ball.

Pure pace, in a sprint race, Jarryd would win by a mile.

During a game, Grothe probably is the fastest since he is a lazy f**k whereas Hayne is everywhere. Every sprinter knows you wont be at your fastest if youre tired.

Watch some Parra games, then come and post.

I reckon Grothe would be the quickest over 100m, But Tahu would be the quickest off the mark IMO.

Thoise who think Grothe or Fuifui(LMAO) would beat Hayne in an organised footrace know NOTHING about what sprinting is about.

lol, Grothe can stick with nearly any player in the NRL, he may not be the fastest in the NRL but he wouldn't be too far off the fastest guys.

Hayne isn't slow but I would stick my money on Grothe beating him over 100m.

Jarryd ran a 11 second 100 at Westfields sports high. And a sprinters peak would be early 20s, so theres no way Jarryd is running slower than a 11 second hundre now.

And you lot think Grothe and (LMAO) Moimoi can beat that?

See...........that is your problem.
Not ONE person has said that Moi Moi is that quick.
It just proves that you don't listen and therefore, this thread proves that in future, I will not listen to you.

As James May says................... OH, c**k!.

I would say that the Morris boys, Jennings and Lawrence would lead the race of current NRL players (Kemp is also lightning). Our boys are all quick (I think grothe is the fastest over 100m) but they would get close to some of the express machines.

I'd say the strength training and his added size might disagree with you. Sure sprinters peak in the 20s but Hayne isn't a sprinter whereas he was probably better built for it at high school.

Guru for mine, followed by Hayne or Luke.

Wonder how fast Inu is ? He's never really ran chest-out-angry-face-hard in his FG career. Shame really.

Humbles supposed to be quick isn't he ?

Yeah as Stagger pointed out, he's scored some slick tries for Wenty this year. The one against the bears where he ran 105m showed that he had some toe.
