For Mine Peach is so far ahead, it's not funny.
Are the Sharks admitting that Peach will be the NSW fullback with the
Seers signing?

It's Peach but it's fair to say that sometimes his head goes missing in the big games plus that germ Gould is always banging Minichiello's drum.

If peach keeps improving I think he's in.
& I disagree, I think Gould likes Peach.
The selectors are the problem.

Peach will get the job if Gould dies. Mini is probably the frontrunner though, and if it means a fit Peach is available to play for us, I say give Mini the job.

The other going against peach is that he doesnt really fit into the "team player" origin fullback role....

He likes running his own lines, not lines that have been preconceived in a play book. Thats why i believe the lesser player in ross always got the nod ahead of peach.

Peach is one of the great improvisers, and imo, the selectors dont want that. They usually opt for tough players of the bread and butter variety

Right now Minichello has the job. If Peachey plays good Mini will get moved to the wing. Right now Lewis has one wing spot and no one looks like taking the other one so Peach is a chance.

That was my first thought.

He's had some real good games for the Bunnies, and FB is a position he's more familiar with then Mark Hughes was.

If he's fit and healthy, I think I'd rather have him there then Minichello, who I'd shaft to the wing.

Peach'd be a nice choice there, but I dont think he'll get a run, so I'm content for him to stay and concentrate on club footy.
