This is clearly out best recruitment we have had in 15+ years.

I hope it all starts to pay off.

I hope the curse is broken.

Thank you the Messiah!!! Flanno!!!!

Best recruitment in 15 years and not 1 centre or winger.

Not sure they are needed to be honest.

Since day dot when that Toxic Gnome arrived at the club no Sharks centre or winger has been given a chance to shine due to the largely inept and incompetent staff inside them.

Others here have used SKD as an example of how a run of the mill centre can play with real talent inside him.

If Toddley can recapture past glorious form the pressure valve comes off blokes like Dropperoy and Least and they might just be able to play to their full potential.

The only real reason I can see the need for a 3/4 to be signed is there is still a lack of raw speed in the backs.

24/25 signed, $200k left in cap apparently.

I'm sure there will be someone.

I did a bit of investigation and there's a handfull of pommy backs available.

Not sure of quality because I don't watch the ESL but one that stands out is Karl Pryce.

I've seen him, top player.

anyway, i'm sure there will be one more announcement at some point. I mean, the official sharks page wouldn't tease this whole puzzle thing for nothing you wouldn't think.

I would hazard a guess at:

Backs: Matthew Wright, John Williams, Nathan Stapleton, Ben Pomeroy*, Isaac Gordon*, Nathan Gardner, Colin Best, Stewart Mills*

Forwards:Anthony Tupou, Sam Tagataese, Jeremy Smith, John Morris*, Paul Gallen(c), Josh Cordoba, Jayson Bukuya, Mark Taufua, Bryce Gibbs, Andrew Fifita, Jon Green, Isaac De Gois,
Ben Ross

Halves: Albert Kelly, Jeff Robson, Todd Carney, Chad Townsend*, Wade Graham

*= Not completely sure of situation re: rumours/club action or if they'll be considered top 25 or lower.

So pomm is def re-signed? Gordon? etc etc. Nobody really has any idea what the squad is at all. 1 final spot they say, but that was even before hot-dog re-signed.

Well there's 26 there.

possibility of Pomm not re-signed, Gordon maybe gone, Morris rumours to be shopped around (hope not)

plus we don't know if the 20's kids will be considered top 25 or not.

lets say the two 20's kids are considered nsw cup, then there is one more space left.

I reckon the other 20's kids without first grade reps wouldn't be considered top 25 looking at the recruitment.

We can safely say that we have at least 15 people definitely signed.
The rest is a lottery guess. But somehow we only have spot available.

It looks like all this hype may of been for nothing. With the injury that happened to tonga yesterday the sharks will be hoping the scans show that tonga ain't to injured cause if it's serious we won't release smith

I pray it's serious.

Oh thanks for the offer. You might need another centre for Depth? Would you like Benjamin Pommeroy?
