I've had a Ring video doorbell for a few years (I don't recommend them - their products are terrible, and their customer service is even worse).
It stopped working 1 month after I bought it, I fixed it, and then it stopped working 6 months later. Ring claimed it was my internet that was the issue.
The PoE adaptor that came with the unt was garbage, and kept shorting out, so I purchased one from a computer shop.
It's gone 18+ months with no issues.
A few days ago, we had a power outage that lasted legitimately 30 seconds, but it's stopped working now.
My question is - does anyone know who I should call to have it looked at?
I had an electrician look at it the first time, but he was stumped.
Are there speciality electricians I should reach out to?
Thanking you in advance.
