From what I know...

Definitely
Howland [injured]

Maybe
Lewis [injured]*
Ross [suspension]**

* Off-season surgery, may be back for Round 1
** One week to serve on suspension - not sure if the trials can be used to soak it up

Also, Swain is back in full training, after suffering that neck injury last year.

It was said on the PI site late last year that Ross could use the trials as part of his suspension, so there's no reason why he won't be playing round 1.

And I asked Lewis a couple of weeks ago at training if he would be right for round 1, and he said "Yep, for sure".

Last i heard from the dogs is that Harris will be out till round 3/4, while Mason was out until round 8. The rest should be fit for round 1 against the dragons.

Will Utai and O'Meley be right? At one stage they said Utai could be out for the season.

that would of be f**king halarious simon if not for the fact your club the tigers are paying 5 bucks as opposed to canberras $6.50 for the spoon...

now with benji all but gone cause he's proved he isnt physically able to play with the big boys id expect that $5 to shorten up even more

Apparently Michael Crocker injured his knee in training yesterday and has undergone surgery. Early indications are 4-8 weeks on the sideline.

Also, Anthony Minichiello was in doubt for round one but is now saying he thinks he'll be OK (but will probably not play any trials)

forgot about that site.

Some of those injuries are horrid and some a silly:

Jon Olzard knee ACL Last season Indefinite
In Premier League he ruptured everything in his left knee including his hamstring and calf muscles. His common peroneal nerve was one of the few structures left in tact holding his knee together. Extensive rehabilitation required.

Adam MacDougall foot injury Last season Pre-season
Recovering well from achilles rupture in round 6, 2004. Dropped a weight on his foot and broke a bone and broke it 4/1/05

I'm sure the report I read on Adam MacDougall didn't say he dropped a weight on his foot. Adam should be at the dragons and car pool with gas. :p

I could just picture 'MAD DOG' in the gym that day pumping up, then , instead of dropping the weight to the side of him, he drops it sqaure on his foot! Brings a smile everytime.
