Do we consider a coach walking away of his own volition the same as being sacked?? If so, I'd go with Brad Arthur. He's off contract at the end of 2019 anyway and I anticipate him resigning from the post if parra lose 6+ of their first 10 games, similar to the way Brian Smith's tenure at the Eels came to an end. Potter will take the reins when Arthur leaves and can use the rest of 2019 as an audition to take over full time in 2020

Arthur for sure.

Stuart has built arguably the best attacking side over the last 4 seasons.

Arthur spent over 800k on Moses and has been an abject failure of a coach for all but one of his 5 and a half years as a coach.

BA is in the Stephen Kearney realm of coach shittiness

You could argue that the Raiders attack is the product of Crawley who was thrown in as defence coach last year and has now taken up a position at the Dragons.

Please tell me how I go about arguing that a defence coach helped to improve the attack in 2018?

And if he is going to the Dragons as a defence coach, they should perhaps be a bit worried, given that in 2018, the Raiders leaked more points than they did in 2016 and 2017 (and lost more games than both those years as well).

Parra to sign Jason Taylor as coach.

He'll then shit all over Gutherson and get him to leave so that he can sign Dave Taylor

I'm not surprised that a God Botherer took that entirely literally.

When Supercoach Ricky returned to the Raiders he brought Crawley with him as the attack coach. He stayed in the role until switching to the defence coach in season 2018, to accommodate future Supercoach Brett White. You might suggest that Canberra's attacking prowess was down to Supercoach Ricky and who could blame you for thinking this, as his genius is never in doubt. However, Raiders fans remember fondly Crawley from a previous stint at the club when Neil Henry was coach and our attack was clicking along pretty good too. For some strange reason Supercoach Ricky switches a career long 'attack' specialist coach into the defence role. Let's see how the Raiders attack goes without Crawley in the system.

Ivan Cleary would be hilarious if Gus spots him yawning too much at training again, jeopardising the 5 year plan.

You'd think Arthur though. Even if it is his last contracted year if he starts '19 like '18 it's gotta be curtains for that spud.

If the Warriors don't make the eight Kearney is a goner - especially after Johnson was released.

I think Kearny is in a precarious position.

He is now going into the season with Green and an unknown asset in at half. RTS will be strongly relied upon, and they will need Luke to have another strong season. Without both firing it could be a tough season for the NZ team.

I know people like to take potshots at Jason Taylor but his time with Parramatta isn't one of them and the turnaround he produced in his short stint as interim coach was remarkable. Parramatta would have likely kept him on but they had already locked in Michael Hagan in for next season. Taylor also had already been signed next year as an assistant coach with Souths. Taylor by this time was a highly sought out coach after his season with Parramatta and asked Souths if he could be released from his contract to sought out head coaching jobs elsewhere. Souths instead sacked Shaun McRae and appointed Taylor as coach.

Sorry, but his time at the Tigers proved just how shit he was.

He turned up stating he was going to fix the teams defence and he did the opposite.

Paul Green. I think there may be a bit more to last season's fall from grace. I can see him.going first. I think the Titans will be around the 8 as will Newcastle.
