Who will finish in 8th place?

Top 8 will be Melb, Manly, Saints, Broncos, Cowboys, Warriors... the Tigers, Knights, Bulldogs and Penrith fighting it out for 7th and 8th.

I'd like to think the two teams would be Newcastle and Canterbury, but who knows. The 'Dogs are big chance solely due to their draw - we've got Roosters, Thurstonless Cowboys and Cronulla in the next three rounds. Who knows...
Bulldogs might be a chance because of a favourable draw, but I reckon Penrith and Tigers will get the spoils, only to be sent packing in week one...

I think we are in the most danger of falling out of the 8 of all the teams in there. If we can jag a win in one of our next 2 games though we should make it. If we lose them both we're in big trouble though. Newcastle and the Warriors have pretty easy draws and should be able to win 4/6 of their remaining games.

Warriors - Raiders (h), Broncos (a), Knights (h), Panthers (a), Dragons (a), Cowboys (h)

Tigers - Eagles (a), Dragons (h), Panthers (a), Eels (h), Titans (h), Sharks (a)

Knights - Titans (h), Raiders (h), Warriors (a), Broncos (h), Bulldogs (a), Souths (h)

Panthers - Cowboys (a), Storm (a), Tigers (h), Warriors (h), Raiders (a), Dragons (a)

Bulldogs - Roosters (a), Cowboys (h), Sharks (a), Eagles (a), Knights (h), Raiders (h)

The runs home for 6th-10th

Warriors have a tough run, certainly dont have 6th sewn up..

Tigers have a tough month ahead

Newcastle havent got a bad run in.....

Penrith have a horror draw., think they will miss out

Bulldogs, whilst not having an extremely tough draw are just not playing well enough to get there...

6. Knights
7. Warriors
8. Tigers

What a surprise a Knights fan has the Knights coming 6th :p

Bulldogs definately in with a show....especially with ''new'' coach and their run home. And they are definately on a high after the golden point win over parra.

The next 3 games are tough, but the Tigers have the easiest draw leading up to the finals.
Panthers and Warriors have by far the toughest draw.
Knights have Warriors and Dogs away, while receiving the Broncos at home in between. They do have the advantage of playing lol@50uff$ at home in the last round though.
Dogs have the easiest draw, but may be too inconsistent to make it...

The only game not winnable for us is vs Manly IMO, and even then we're in with a shot given we seem to always lift to play at Brookie.

No such thing as an easy game in the NRL so I haven't the foggiest idea where the bottom 3 places will fall

Souths. And to win in an upset against the Storm in week 1.

LOL! I highly doubt that is possible, and unlikely Melbourne would let that happen again.

2008 QF is still a record to the Warriors, and not one that is going to be beaten for a long time. And many Storm fans are dreading, really hating the thought of playing the Warriors come finals (a chat to a lot of them at Friday night's post match function said it all).

As for who could finish 8th, I think it might be decided between the Tigers and Panthers, may end up swapping positions.

Out of the Knights & Pennies now. Souths are gone and Sharks are struggling. Top 4+ Tiges, Warriors is assured already I'd say
