I was wondering which of the unsigned Premier League players would you want to keep, and who would you cut?

Nathan Hinton (Fullback), - keep for sure
Brendan Hunt (Five-Eighth), - a utility player who deserves another year
James McManus (Centre), - keep for sure
Mitchell Steel (Five-Eighth/Second Row), - deserves another chance
Matthew Thurston (Hooker), - cut
Daniel Tolar (Prop), - keep
Blake Tremain-Cannon (Wing), - cut - too small
Michael Young (Lock). - cut - hasn't broken a tackle in three years.

Id want to keep

Hinton - his a good reliable fullback, his got good speed and is a good support player, A pretty decent playmaker aswell.

McManus - Good solid centre who can also play wing, Could even make his first grade debut next season with most of our backs leaving.

Thurston - played well for us this season in the backrow and filling in at hooker when Quigley was out injured.

Tolar - improved heaps this year but got injured and was never given chance will look to cement a spot next season.

Haven't seen all players but the ones I have seen in action I would keep.

Hinton: Keep for certain. Smith's liking to safe fullbacks could see him take the job in FG ahead of Thiaday. Moves abit like O'Davis used to - drift and take off in the blink of an eye.

Mcmanus: Only seen him once or twice, but I sure like his ability to give space to his winger. Plays similar to Matt Cooper in JF. Keep.

Tolar: With him and Snowden added to Perry and Wooly, we have the best props to come out of the club since Chief and Butterfield. Great depth too.

Hinton, McManus and Tolar are the ones that definitely need to be resigned. All have shown that they are first grade material or will be first grade material with a year or so to develop.

What the hell is going on! Why haven't we signed tolar or hinton yet? I don't get it!

I had heard Tolar was re-signed for the next 2 years and Hinton still had 1 year left on his contract. But that is just hear-say. Certainly hope we don't lose either of them.

Well i didn't hear of any actual resigning of Tolar. But there was mention by someone on the forums that they were talking to him and Tolar was really ecstatic about playing first grade in 2007. I'm not sure with Hinton but i think he deserves another year at least.

I'd keep Mcmanus Thurston Hinton and Tolar. Michael Young is just gay. The others I wouldn't really care if we did or not but if we did they'd have to step a gear or 2.
