Stupid question,Smith has played his whole career surrounded by Slater and Cronk, he also had some very handy footballers like Inglis around him, plus he has had one of the best coaches in the game.
On the other hand Farah has been doing it basically by himself,except for the odd good game from Benchy. Farah is a top line footballer who has shown unbelievable loyalty. Smith is also a top line player, but we have never seen him play in a team that is struggling

Summed up perfectly Super Coach. Smith has been blessed with where he has played and who with. He will be regarded as a champion no doubt but things have been made easier for him. Farah is a dead set champion....not that I am biased!!!

Anyone taking Farah is lying, biased or doesn't watch rugby league. The smartest player I have seen. Farah is a weapon though great player.

Given our squad, we would be worse off if we had Smith instead of Farah.

Smith needs decent go forward to provide for his backs. Shut down the Storm forwards momentum and you shut down Smith.

The Sharks and Sea Eagles do it more often than not in recent years.

Our pack would be monstered every week and Smith would achieve nothing.

Farah has a higher workrate and a bit more ingenuity from dummy half which is required in this side.

Plays his role perfectly in great teams in Melb, qld and aust.

Imagine both players going to Gold Coast.
Farah would transform that team and give them a new dimension.
Smith would add some direction and little else.
