Imagine the NRL kicked out the NZ Warriors, turned down a strong bid from Perth, and then decided to bring in the Wentworth Magpies ...... That's exactly what the SL did

Absolute Joke of a competition. Let's hope the NRL buys 51% and gets it going in the right direction.

I lost interest in SL a longtime ago apart from a touch for Castleford and the 2 Hull teams but enjoy seeing the likes of Newcastle and York and a trip to the Lakes with a stop of off to Whithaven and Workington is nice.

Safe and probably the best option for 2021, which is fine, if uninspiring. Beamount at Leigh has made it clear, they’d have played for no funding, so it was an easy decision in some senses.

I’d rather we kept Leigh than Hull KR or Wakefield. London are dead, stick a fork in them, they’re done as an entity without a new owner. York aren’t ready either.
