You would thinj that Asada would already have legally defined what was cooperation. Between them and USADA, these drugs mobs are looking more and more useless.

Well one could assume they already knew the definition given to the players so they knew what they were going to get going in. I guess it would now be ASADAs lawyers challenging that definition.

players lawyers dealt with NRL lawyers, not ASADA.
Players do not have to answer any questions to ASADA at all. If they dont co-operate, ASADA can issue sanctions which they pass onto the NRL which the NRL is expected to act by banning players.
With the NRL setting up the committee, they have created a beach head for the players.
The committee has told the players what is expected of them.

If the players union had any balls, they would tell ASADA that they have got 1 month to get their sh#t together and get this investigation done. If they can't do that, then the players association advises the NRL that all matches will be forfeited by their members until ASADA can get their sh#t together. Watch then as the NRL, Channel 9, Foxtel, The Daily Telegraph, 2GB, the betting agencies and fans scream blue murder at ASADA and the Crime Commission to put up or shut up. Yes, I know, I sound like a 'comrade', but this bullsh#t has been going on since February and it is time for the players to assert themselves. We have got a $1billion business being held to ransom by what appears to be a bunch of amateurs who called on the thunder in a press conference but have backed it up with a whimper.
