Could someone explain to me why the NRL web site has the Sportsbet ad for head to head tipping of

Roosters 1.45
Cowboys 2.85

then changes to
Eagles 2.36
Bulldogs 1.62

then changes to
Souths 1.75
Roosters 2.05

Is it a given that the Roosters have won already?
I don't bet much, so maybe there is something I'm missing.

They're taking bets on the possible preliminary final. They'll refund your $ if it doesn't eventuate. I guess because there's only 2 games this week they need to offer some more markets.

Thanks for an actual answer to the question.

Yeah it is a bit weird. But they figure that Souths / Roosters is the game that will get punters excited. Capitalism, basically.
