Why Queensland have won eight straight

 Say what? You're comparing the fans of a side that have won for the last 8 years in a row with the fans of a side that have lost for the last 8 years in a row?

One series loss and that 'Sea of Maroon' will diminish greatly. And it's funny to see that people like Mortar still haven't lost that chip on the shoulder. I'd say that if it hasn't gone away after 8 series wins, it's never going away...

I have a chip on my shoulder? You are as delusional as your belief in an invisible fairy you fruitloop.

Sell out crowd in 2006 at Lang Park game 2 you dumbshit....

What I am saying is is that without Queenslanders you don't have your sellout.

No, but I look at the bigger picture.

Ask the Queensland players what motivates them every year. They will talk about the old Queensland players who Meninga brings in to talk to the team - those who were flogged year after year by NSW teams which featured great Queensland players like Arthur Beetson and Rod Reddy.

NSW is reaping what it sowed. It's a universal principle.

You can complain about the principle. You can deny it. You can dismiss it. But you can't escape it.

Mate, a simple yes or no would have sufficed. I'll take it as a yes.

 Whatever. Tell that to the thousands of NSW fans (myself included) who couldn't get tickets because the match sold out. Or do you think that every single fan at Suncorp supports Qld?

How embarrassing for NSW that a whole end of their stadium was packed with opposition supporters for both games.

You do realise virtually every person posting on here watched the game, don't you?

Blatchy's Blues was a whole end packed out. Are you going to tell me, with all these other people as witness, that the Maroons fans had the opposite end packed out?

Resorting to semantics is all you have, I realise this. But what you should be doing is questioning why there are even bays that are allocated to Queensland supporters.

The reason is because ticketing agencies cannot rely on those tickets being sold to roaches.

This fact is pathetic and embarrassing for you.

You really have no clue, do you. The stadium would have likely sold those blocks months ago, it has zero to do with the level of NSW support. Its commercial stadium management.

The mistake the NSWRL makes is allowing block booking, Suncorp stadium doesn't allow it, which means you don't see big patches of blue at that stadium.

You'll find that most of those "loyal" Qlders don't even live in Qld, they live in Sydney and have jumped on the bandwagon.

After you've lost a couple of series, Qld supporters at SA will all arrive together in a Tarago.

Did those blocks of maroon in Melbourne last year belong to Queenslanders living in Melbourne also?

Who knew of this diaspora of Queenslanders? It seems we are taking over!
