Cause they are a mish mash of all teh other teams reject players, bought not bred, an absolute vile club with the most disrespectful fans. This club can't even raise its own coaching staff. A frankenstien club and their dirty tactics of buying players mid season should not be rewarded with a premiership. If they win the premiership then its the other 14 clubs who should be holding up the trophy causw they raised the players who make up this vclubs "playign roster" not the DOGS.

Canterbury are doing what they must do to win a premiership.

Football Clubs build rosters to be competitive and win premierships. Whether it's via it's own development program or attracting the right mix of players from the market is irrelevant. They had a different strategy 20, 30, 40 years ago. With new management, new strategies are implemented.

What matters to them is winning title #9, as the focus should be.

I'm not supporting them because they are Canterbury - the club, the Bulldog heritage, and a direct regional competitor.

I have the utmost respect for the winning traditions this club has in the post 1980 era. But jealous and envious too. They know how to win.

That wont persuade me to follow either team though, as Lowrie and Quinn can get stuffed, and Wright/Jackson were only lower graders. I like Richie, but even that isnt enough to make me go for the Storm.
