Today signed 3 year deal. Raiders are shot ducks without him and soon to be Monaghan. Drew to England. The club is falling apart. :) Bad luck. Possibly next years woodenspooners.

It was supposed to be a new era for Canberra after last year. They seem to be settling into struggling conditions now though.

HAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHA!!!!!!!

I love it!

Key players for other clubs are leaving their clubs in strife, while we laugh it up, rejoice and sign ex-Eels and other talents!

THE TIDE IS CHANGING - AND I LOVE IT!!!!!

If they get Price, PJ Marsh will be released. Assuming he gets a medical clearance he may return to where he belongs. We need a halfback don't we???

2 neck operations in 12 months...big risk.

Big risk but well worth a try if he is cleared by the doctors. By all accounts they are waiting for the bones to knit and he is able to be training by the end of the year.

That would be great to see if it was successful and I hope it is.

Those types of injuries and players returning from those injuries makes me nervous though. I don't think Tallis has ever been the same player since returning.

Wiki to NZ could be bad for us come June 30 next year. If our cap is under pressure and the Raiders have a lot of room to move, they may try to put in a big offer to reunite the Hindy brothers.

This little Eel is hoping like hell that it doesn't happen, but there are some danger signs.

its just so good to see other clubs struggling with retention. I seriously hope that every loud mouthed talk back moron personally apologizes to each of us Eels fans one by one, when they see that keeping a winning club together is a near impossibility in the age of the salary cap. the biggest shame about 2001 is not that we lost a GF that belonged to us, but rather that the market got wind of how good our playing group were and priced half our team out of the market.
