I’ve been waiting to see him in the NRL. I liked what he could do in Newtown colours and in the games I watched last year he seemed to improve in every game. I’m a fan and I hope we see this level of improvement over the season. I don’t want to see him on the wing he is a FB.These new guys Kennedy,Brailey,Williams,Uele And Xerri are what the side needs to move into the eight. We can win plenty of games this season.

I agree mate, these kids are hungry and want to make a name for themselves. Too many regular NRL players get comfortable and lose a bit of that hunger. It's a good injection to fire up the old heads in the team.

I wasnt that impressed with Kennedys debut. didnt look comfortable at any stage.

He definitely was hesitant to back himself a couple of times. Understandable in your first game with the big dogs and the club being desperate for a win. He'll get a lot of confidence out of it though. Seems like a pretty quiet/shy bloke too, which wouldnt make it any easier in a team full of alpha ego's.

I'm happy to have a look at him at fullback over the next few weeks till Moylan is back.... can interchange at wing with Duges regardless in the meantime. By then he will have experienced 4 or 5 first grade games and we'll have a much better idea of his prospects. Fwiw...i think he's a keeper.

He was fine for a first game rookie. He contributed greatly to the Xerri try and cleaned up that kick that Johnson missed.

More than happy for him to keep the spot till Moylan is back. He offers more ball playing than Dugan and if Dugan is now going to stay on the wing, which judging by Gallen's comments he is then let's leave him there.

A rookie fullback making his debut against Penrith at home is a lot different than playing his 2nd game v a desperate Boncos at Suncorp. Could be a disaster.
