Will we miss Galvin

With Galvin going and after yesterday's result, what's your thoughts.

You need to find a way to be able to sign and retain players on good value contracts. The challenge with the Galvin situation (and Stefano before him) is that it looks like talented young players don’t want to stay at the Wests Tigers for whatever reason, and that cuts off one of your avenues to finding value.

Looking in from outside, I'm not sure we could have done anymore for both of them as a club.
I'm not sure who manages Steph, but the lure to go to the Storm would have been huge, tbh, I didn't think he was doing much for us and I think we got better replacements, anyway.
As for Galvin, it feels like his manager has poured honey in his ear that his career would be better else where, it never felt like he was comfortable here, so they've made there play, I do think he was poorly advised, he was offered the keys to the club, but it wasn't enough, it seems.
But, it's not hard to convince players, when you have been consistently at the bottom of the comp.

All clubs with a very talented football junior risk losing them if they have an impact during and after their debut.
I don't think we're are on our Pat Malone with this nor is it a club culture to not retain juniors. .

I like what certain clubs are doing, like the Roosters, who refuse to deal with Isaac Moses.
Get all the CEOs together and have them commit to boycotting the dud.
Ceo's could offer a player an increase in $ to not use Moses as their manager...ouch

Moses was found to have breached his obligations as an agent in 2017 when he assisted former client Tim Mannah to give evidence to the NRL that was false and intended to mislead an investigation into the Parramatta Eels........so what's this saying about the man?

Agree, I think in the past, that may have been a concern, but not with Richo.

I think Benji wants him gone because if we continue to slide the coach will come under fire and the Galvin's saga will just add fuel to the fire. Journos will be relentless and will derail our season completely.
Luai wants him gone if body language says something, also if it quacks like a duck.
Most of the fans, I feel, want him gone.
So why not let him go. Probably 2 reasons,
1. Like you say gordy, do we Play hard ball...strong arm tactics, get something in return and/or
2. Legal action could still be ongoing or the threat of it.

Surely Galvin's parents have been told there are guaranteed bigger and better things for Galvin. The longer those things have to wait, especially if his form drops or does an ACL, they will disappear imo.
Timing is crucial for the lad. I'm at a loss to know where this golden egg I'd.
