It sure as hell wasn't Robinson who made a conscious decision to mention comments made between Whitehead and he in the Roosters dressing room to the media. If Whitehead hadn't brought it up, no question about it would have been put to Robinson by the media.

As such I think that's a fairly solid indication of who has control of ones emotions.
