I will be annoyed if we finish lower than fifth. I actually think it is about right. We get to play 8th at home to start with. All a top 4 finish guarantees is a second bite should they lose. Call me crazy but suddn death is a better outcome for us cos we will play sharper and with more desperation.

There is no way that 5th is better than 4th. I will call you crazy for that comment. At least with 4th we are guaranteed a shot to play in the prelim. We also play the number 1 ranked side which is a good yardstick on where we need to be to advance in the finals.

Fair enough. We will just agree to disagree. Our record from coming off of a week 1 finals loss into the following week is not really that great. That is all i am alluding to. I think Boyd still has alot to do to prove his commitment to the Knights jersey.

As long as his attitude towards the performance is positive, who cares if he isnt personally invested in the club?

Good post mate. Personally I am not a fan of Boyd, as I question his integrity when it comes to loyalty and commitment etc. However he does offer the knights some key attributes. From memory we are equal second in points scored this season. One of the reason is due to all of Boyds valuable try assists. He's safe as a bank under the kick and his defense on the line is adequate. I've also been enjoying his runs out of dummy half of late that have been making us good meters.

Like you are saying, let's enjoy his services for the next 2.5 years. Once that times up, we'll hopefully find a ready replacement.

Sorry you see it that way Tim. You are wrong. Hardly see how stating Snowden just delivered his best performance for us is "bait". It's fact. It was also the first time this season has he polled a point in the Dally M's.

You blokes need to get into the NSW Origin thread and push his barrow. Some of you are noticeably absent with that agenda in that thread. Remember, it's what you don't say that has some in here on the edge of their seat!!!!!!
