The wooden spoon battle comes down to the last round with it most likely going to the loser of the Eels/Titans game. Even if the Titans lose by a point (the most realistically worse case scenario for the Raiders) the Raiders would need to lose by 60 to the bulldogs to make up the point differential.
HOWEVER if the Raiders lose to the Bulldogs and the Titans and the Eels draw then the Eels would go even with the Raiders on points but ahead on FA and the Titans would go ahead of the Raiders by a point on the ladder.
But at the start of the year the bookies changed the conditions for the winner of the wooden spoon to the team with the least amount of wins because of the Melbourne Storm fiasco last year. So in the unlikely event of a Raiders loss (well thats a likely event) and a Parra/GC draw is the wooden spooners Parra (5 wins) or Canberra (6 wins) ??
Or will it be a case of the bookies paying out for Parra and the record books saying Canberra.
