Tv guide has a World Cup preview from 7-8pm on Thursday. Their game coverage should be much better than previous 2. It was annoying to always have ads on Channel 7 after tries in 2013 & 2017.

I thought ch7 did a good job considering how badly Australia stuffed up the tournament.

The timezone difference of a northern hemisphere RLWC also lends itself perfectly to KAYO style streaming with watch in demand and minis being a great addition for when games are in the middle of the night. I really enjoyed the olympics and C'wealth games streaming options where you could dip into specific events later and watch what you wanted when you wanted. So much better.
