What exactly was the criteria for this list? If Israel Folau was eligibile, i would have thought Michael Jennings would also be eligible.

The selection criteria for most of the players seems to be form on the field - and i agree with that - but then you have Peter Mata'utai at 49 - and he could only have been picked on potential because he was never an automatic selection in NYC last season, so his on field form is not even top 17 at the Knights yet.
I wouldn't swap him for many others outside the top 10, but the 17 year old has had about 4 or 5 games of NYC and wasn't a standout in any of them.

Greg Waddell was in the list last year as a 16 year old, but obviously has missed out due to injury this year. Will be in the top 10 next year.

Daniel Penese is unlucky not to be on the list.
